National KWVA Veterans Memorial
White Rose Ceremony, May 27th, 2019.
After the Memorial Day Parade in Washington, DC, 9 chapter members attended White Rose ceremony at the KWVA Memorial. Chapter 313 Members included Gary Fletcher; Lew Ewing; Donald Netschke; Robert Shirley; Narce Caliva; Jack Keep; Charles Savary; Jim Fisher; and David Clark.

After delivering the Korean models and others back to the Sheraton Pentagon Hotel, the group left for Winchester arriving around 8 p. m. Many thanks to Gary Fletcher for arranging for the truck our members rode on during the parade. David Clark, Commander.
Chapter 313 Vice-Commander Lew Ewing salutes while the white rose is placed on the stone of a U.N. ally. The day was sunny and warm with a very nice breeze
